Hot water. You can boil water in a small glass pot, remove from heat and place the derma roller in the water. Leave it for 3 minutes and remove with clean tongs. Liquid Household Bleach. 1/2 a teaspoon of bleach in a 2 quart pot filled with hot water will help keep your derma roller germ free. Allow it to soak for at least 10 minutes. Remove and rinse thoroughly under hot, running water. Place on clean paper towels and allow to air dry. Make sure it is completely dry before using it or putting it away.
