My First Application
As all programmers know, the first application that is written with a particular programming language is the Hello World application. This small program is used to test the operation of the whole system, by writing the phrase on the screen, "Hello World!"
Being on Android, we write a variant of this program, which we call Hello Android.
Creating the Project
As explained before, we create a new project:
Project name: HelloAndroid
Application name: Hello, Android
Package name: com.example.helloandroid
Create Activity: HelloAndroid
Select the version of Android to be installed
