Jinvani, the world first satellite channel solely dedicated to Digambar sect of Jain community, telecasts a show named Dharamyatra which is bringing to the viewers the complete sights of all religious places considered to be sacred in Jain religion.
According to Mr. Neeraj Jain, CMD-Sea TV Network, After showing a series of episodes based on popular Jain Pilgrimages, Dharmayatra, a programme which brings to its viewers detailed sights of all major Jain pilgrimages, widens its arena and is now reaching to even less-known Jain temples established in the colonies of different cities. With an objective to bring to the world less popular Jain religious places but of high significance, we started a special series based on our exploration tour that started from our Head Office Agra and reached the greatest and the most sacred Jain pilgrimage Sammed Shikhar Ji.
We covered each and every Jain religious places, big or small, during our journey bound to Sammed Shikhar and on the way back. Cities/towns we covered during our trip include Kanpur, Lucknow, Ayodhya, Shravasti, Basti, Gorakhpur, Kushinagar, Pawanagar, Devariya Kakandi, Devariya Kahaun, Varanasi, Sarnath, Chandrapuri, Aara, Patna, Vaishali, Pawapuri, Nalanda, Rajgir, Gunawa ji, Navada, Nath Nagar Champapuri, Bhagalpur, Mandargiri, Devghar, Giridih, Gaya, Kolhua Pahad-Bhadrikapuri, Parasnath, Sasaram, Allahbad Kaushambi, Pravasgiri, Banda, Hamirpur and Firoazabad, further adds Mr. Jain.
