There it is, the phone, sitting on the desk

There it is, the phone, sitting on the desk. Not making a sound. Suddenly, you recall that unforgettable evening last month. You thought he was the perfect man. An athlete, non-smoker and named Employee of the Year'. And he promised he'll call you soon.

But he didn't call the next day. And the next day after that. And the following days. No calls for three straight weeks.

Your girlfriends told you to call him but every attempt you make, you were greeted by his voice mail. So what happened?

Women get agitated when things like this happen. At first, he looked like Mr. Right, the next, he's become the Invisible Man .

Men love freedom and that may be one reason why he doesn't call. With you closing in around him, he thinks that you wanted to have him all by yourself. And even if you don't have any intentions like that, he may feel that you wanted to settle in with him. And if it stays that way, you might lose him.

Alright, you say that he's not that kind of a man. In fact he talks a lot about buying a house somewhere near the beach and having a family there. That would mean he wants a serious relationship, eh? Well, think again. He wants a serious relationship but unfortunately, not with you. This might be more painful to take since it looks like a one-sided relationship. But face it. Men wanted to be serious with someone that he thinks he can relate into for a very long time. It's not that he's not into you. The reason may be based on the differences of your profile. You may prioritize career over building a family, and he's the guy w ho wants to have a family first. If you change some things in your priority list, that phone will ring.

So what if he's the guy who wants freedom and doesn't want to be serious? Two kinds of men. First, he is not into you and second, he's a chaser. Both prove to be uncomfortable bets. The fact that he's not into you makes you a little uglier or uncharming. But honestly, don't see it that way. There are certainly things that could make a couple incompatible. It is important that even ideas and opinions could totally turn a guy off. How about the other reason? Right, an ugly word: Chaser. Sadly, such guys do exist. These playboys consider dating women a challenge. And a lot of men love challenges. So when a "challenge" gets done, it's time to move to another "challenge". If you strongly think that the guy you are hoping to call you is a chaser, better forget him and find another guy.
