There are many ways to lose weight and drop pounds, but the quickest way to burn fat has nothing to do with dieting. In fact, there are many diets that seem to do you good at first, but in actuality are more likely to cause weight gain in the long run. This is because the foods they prescribe and the way they cut calories with no regard for nutrition actually cause your metabolism to slow down. Eventually that catches up with you.

Your liver, which should be breaking down proper food and turning it into energy, is instead spending all its time detoxifying. Your blood sugar spikes and dips, and you end up hungrier, moody and in the end, you quit and gain the weight back.

On top of that, coconut oil has antibacterial and antifungal properties that make it very healthy.

No one is saying that it is easy to convert to a lifestyle that is not only manageable for life, but is also the quickest way to burn fat. Take your time changing your kitchen over, and learn which foods are best. For example, getting your calcium from plant sources is much better for your body and gives you the added boost of fiber and nutrients that aren't found in commercial milk products. With your new knowledge, you will see those pounds melt off and your outlooks improve. You will finally be off that diet roller coaster for good.
