Here it is. Keep to about 1300 calories a day or less and do some exercise for an hour or so. It works because you're using more calories than you're eating, so your body burns the fat to keep yourself going. You'll start losing about 2-4 pounds every week, so if you want to look good in a month then this ones perfect. It's not easy though, I'll give you that.
