As a result, the buoyancy would be gained to force the valve stem towards the valve seat until the valve is totally shut off. Then, the gas discharged would be cooled down back into the valve body. And the generally increasing condensed water is pressured to pull the valve stem to open the valve after the struggle of the pressure distance. Then, with the reducing of the pressure difference, the valve body would be down to discharge the waste water and the steam. As a result, the new cycle has begun to affect.

Referring to the control valve, it is different from the various traps. It is the valve which includes the self-lubricating valve body by the aid of the water. Or it can be said that the engine oil is not used for its operation. Thus, if some parts fail to work, it is wise to do maintenance according to the instruction. The appreciated sequence is as described. It is to shut off the stop valve end of the main valve firstly. Then, the pressure in the valve should be discharged by loosening the connecting the bolt. Next, it is time to remove the bolt, nut, valve cover, shaft, diaphragm and piston carefully one by one. Then, careful exam is needed to find the damaged part, together with the proper cleaning.
