Differences In The Way Men And Women View Relationships

. When we say men or women we are making generalizations only. There are always exceptions and we are not attempting to introduce any hard, fast rules but I do believe that we can make some very safe assumptions.When it comes to relationships men are normally a lot more casual in their thinking than women. Women usually tend to want a serious relationship. Most women are taught to look for a strong male figure for leadership and support. The average woman wants to have stability in their interpersonal relationships. She does not want to have sex partners for the sake of sex only. Sex is a more sacred thing to most women probably because she is the receiver during sexual intercourse. Women tend to be more emotional so a woman will tend to be led by her heart more than her head which is fine because she is the compliment of the man. Men and women are wired differently because they were designed by God to compliment each other in a marriage relationship.
A woman may see positive actions from a man as a sign of commitment when they may not necessarily be so. Positive actions on his part are definitely signs of interest but not commitment. The man may be just feeling the relationship out. He may or may not see signs of the relationship lasting but men are typically very slow to commit to any type of permanent relationship. In his unconscious mind the woman must pass a series of tests before he will even begin to consider a long term relationship.
Once the woman sees what she discerns to be positive signs she may assume that the man is actually beginning a long term relationship in his mind. She may become more demanding in the way that she deals with him because she is expecting him to behave as though he is in a permanent relationship.
The man may pick up on this and wonder what happened to the woman that he met. This may give him negative signs about the relationship to come. This is the time when he will typically bail out of the relationship which often leaves the woman wondering what happened.
One mistake that many women will often make is to think that the man sees sex as commitment. Sex in her mind may hold a place of value because she values her body but this is not necessarily the way that the man sees it. He will probably see sex as just a good time and not a reason to take the relationship to another level. This aspect of the relationship alone seems to be where most disconnects come in. Contrary to the belief of many, if a man is serious about a relationship he will wait for sex. Many times the woman believes that if she consents to sex with the man he will appreciate her more and want to be in a lasting relationship. This may not be the case in his mind at all and sometimes becomes the point of disconnection in the relationship.
One more mistake that many women seem to make is to advertise their bodies. They will display their bodies like a billboard. The message seems to be this is what you get when you get me. Let me say to all women that this is the biggest mistake that you can possibly make when it comes to men. A man will always remember you by the first impression that you make. If you display your body as a sex object this is the only impression that he will ever have of you. Once that impression is made there is absolutely nothing that you can do that will ever change it. The man is more impressed with the woman who is clean, healthy, and well dressed. If he sees you as an intelligent sophisticated woman you will have a better chance of a long term relationship than if he sees you as a sex object. Riceland Enterprises
