Playing blues guitar can be the easiest and hardest style of playing. It is difficult because of all the scales and the large amount of improvisation involved. It is easy because the chord structure will always be the same no matter what key the song is played in. You could be playing blues within 15 minutes.

Country rock, psychedelic rock, the classic rock, metal rock, alternative rock and pop rock was all made possible by the electric guitar.
