fiber fusion splicer which offers both normal and automatic splicing modes. It is designed for single mode fiber, multi-mode fiber, dispersion-shifted fiber (DSF) and non-zero dispersion-shifted fiber (NZ-DSF). This compact fiber fusion splicer is an ideal tool for the construction and maintenance of fiber and cable in both field and laboratory applications.

This digital fiber fusion splicer, model C0210002, features single X or Y view and simultaneous X and Y views, a short splicing time of 9 seconds and an impressive tube heating time of 30 seconds. It detects cleaved fiber end-face faults and adjusts parameters automatically. Equipped with a 5.6 inch color LCD screen, it displays the cleaved fiber and offset angle and core and clad offset clearly.

This compact fiber fusion splicer has a USB interface for data communication and software upgrades. It has a fiber cleave length of 8 mm to 16 mm with coating diameter of 250 m. It is equipped with a large capacity battery which typically runs 160 cycles. In addition, it is shock resistant and has an intelligent menu design.

This digital fiber fusion splicer belongs to GAO's family of Fusion Splicers.
