However, as we may all know, there is always a plug-in available to counter the function of another plug-in. With reference to access control mechanisms, we cannot disable save and save as to prevent the moving of PDF documents, HTML web pages and swf flash files to external locations such as memory sticks and network drives, but copies of protected files cannot be made without the DRM controls such as watermarking becoming implemented.
