Discover the Core Purpose of Meditation
How many times have you felt as though you were saturated with life-situation drama
and simply wanted to take a break from it all? With so many influences in our life coming from outside sources it's difficult for most people to believe there is a place to go to eliminate thinking about it all. However, when you finally take the time to find a few precious moments of peace and quiet, it is often deemed an exhilarating experience.
During times of peace and quiet you feel recharged; however, what you are actually feeling is a deeper connection with higher self or an increase in your conscious energy vibration.
Meditation is a time when you stop thinking about all the things you need to do and focus on just Being for a few moments.
The core purpose of Meditation is to bring you back to conscious awareness of your true higher spiritual self. Meditation strips away the thoughts and distractions, which place a fog around the essence of which you truly are, a Spiritual Being having a human experience. This is difficult for most people to understand because they are so deeply rooted in believing the life-situation they live daily is all there is to being here on Earth. Most believe there is no escape from their typical perceived life until death of the body. These people typically live life based upon identifying with the labels placed upon them by society. Therefore, to them, it is considered normal to live life based upon form based identification with the roles they are playing in this illusion called life.
The more a person meditates, the more they discover how to eliminate the outside influences clouding the true self. Each person is different, especially when it comes to the amount of unnecessary thought carried with them throughout life. Many people spend most of their day living in the past or planning for the future, therefore, they never really enjoy the beauty of each present moment. They are so focused on what was or what will be they miss the mark when it comes to being totally integrated into the now moment. However, the reality is, the now moment is all we really ever have available to us. Each moment in time is always experienced in the now moment. Let that sink in for a few moments. Ask yourself how many minutes are spent each day (wasting energy) attempting to be someplace else (in thought) other than where you really are in the current moment. Is life passing by while you live in another state of illusion?
Meditation eliminates the cluttered unnecessary thoughts from the body and offers us a place to experience a fourth dimensional zone of higher energy vibration, which is filled with peace and the answers to all challenges experienced in our life-situations. You too, can easily tap into this limitless higher energy source and discover the secrets of the Universe.
