The Walt Disney World Resort, commonly known as Disney World is a world famous recreational

resort or amusement park, which was first opened on Oct.1, 1971. The wonderful amusement park, situated in southwest of Orlando, Florida, USA, is spread in a very wide area, which measures around 47 square miles. This park could be said the headquarters of the all the theme or amusement parks of the world. There is really no exaggerating in saying this.

The Walt Disney World possesses four theme parks, two water parks, 24 on-site themed resort hotels, four golf courses, health spas, fitness centers and much more. The primary Disney World attractions include Disney's Hollywood Studio, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Magic Kingdom and Epcot.

The primary rides in Disney World, which are a part of the Disney's Magic Kingdom, include Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Peter Pan, Space Mountain, Philharmagic, to name a few. The attractions of Disney's Animal Kingdom are Lion King Show and Primeval Whirl, among others. Similarly, Disney's Epcot, has exciting and amazing Disney's Mission Space and Test Track. Disney, in its course of constant development, is currently developing Disney's Art of Animation Resort, which is expected to open in 2012.

The Disney World has something for everybody, irrespective of his/her age, cast, creed or religion. In Disney World, there is only one religion, and that is happiness and joy. This magical world has rejuvenated innumerable depressed hearts and has provided smile to countless faces. This is, no doubt, the world of your dreams, free from all worry and despair.
