Disneyland California -
Located in Anaheim, this Disneyland park was opened in July 18, 1955 to the public. You can find many attraction here - Main Street, U.S.A., Adventureland, New Orleans Square, Frontierland, Critter Country, Fantasyland, Mickey's Toontown and Tomorrowland to name a few. Apart from these you also have live entertainment such as the Disney cartoon characters all over the park greeting and mingling with children and taking lots of photographs. You can also see an amazing and elaborate firework show that are put on regularly for the public to see. All these things make the California Disneyland indeed a happy place to visit.
Disneyland Florida
This is another well known recreational spot covering an area of 47 square miles. This is often known to be the best Disneyland amongst the others throughout the world, as it is much different and offers loads of variety. This Disneyland has four separate theme parks, three water parks and 99 holes of golf on different courses. The four theme parks inb the Florida Disneyland are the Disney's Magic Kingdom, Disney Hollywood Studios, Disney Animal Kingdom, and Epcot. These parks hold a magical feel to it, that needs to be experienced hands on. Every park is different from the other and will offer you a different kind of activities and shows. Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard beach are the water parks where you can cool off under the hot Florida sun. Only the resort in Orlando, Florida is known as Disney World or Walt Disney World, the others are known simply as Disneyland. This is the main heme park which was under the direct suopervision of Walt Disney when it was constructe, thus it carrys a special and unique touch to it.
Disneyland Paris
This family vacation spot is an ideal holiday spot located in Marne-la-Valee, France. This park consists of two theme parks such - the Disneyland Park and the Walt Disney Studios, along with Disney Village a shopping district. It will not take you long to find the child in you as you visit each and every destination, and take in the bewitching feel of a fairy land come alive. This recreational destination provides various places to see and activities to do to which are bound to make the children and the parents happy. Located about 32 kilometers from Paris, it is easy to reach this location. This park was initially know as Euro Disneyland and opened on 12 April, 1992. Over the years the park has undergone several changes and modifications, to make it unique in its own way. There are seven hotels right inside Disneyland Paris; you can stay at the one that takes your fancy for a Disney filled stay. The hotels also offer guests packages, which a three-day pass at the theme park. If you want you can stay in a hotel nearby as well, most of them are just a short drive or walk to the park. Again it is good to be prepared and know all details about the park before visiting. This will make your trip less stressful and more fun.
Disneyland Tokyo
This is a 115 acre theme entertainment park which is an ideal destination for a family. This park is enchanting and helps you discover lands of fantasy and adventure. The entertainment you find here is similar to the other parks in some ways. Here are some of its attractions - World Bazaar, Adventureland, Westernland, Fantasyland, Tomorrowland, and lots more. There are many things to do and see in this theme park, that you might find yourself short of time. It is really a perfect destination for children as they will completely lose themselves in this magical land of Disney. You will find hotels located inside the theme park itself, which are extremely convenient but a bit pricy at the same time. You can look for other places of accommodation near the theme park, which are located nearby, and are less expensive.
