Although, it has many benefits over surgical blades, but it has its share of demits too. It is excessively expensive, but the quality and safety one gets is worth.

Wavefront Lasik: It is the most accurate form of LASIK. It is similar to IntraLASIK and lasers replace blades here. However, there is usage of unguided excimer laser, but things are different in wavefront technology, because it guides the laser within wavefront LASIK. This procedure is helpful in reducing night glare, a familiar thing associated with most of the LASIK surgeries. Although, it is expensive compared to other forms of surgeries, but is greatly helpful in correcting eye defects.
