In so many offices there are ways to distinguish the company CEO from someone working on the bottom rung of the ladder
. As people move up the corporate ladder it is usually seen in their office spaces. Often times the people on the bottom level are working at smaller and cramped desks with uncomfortable chairs while the CEO of the office is sitting in a comfortable and cushiony executive office chair. While this is a privelidge in some companies it is not always the best option for the success of the entire company.
If you take some time to compare how you feel when you sit on an uncomfortable wooden bench and how you feel when you sit on a couch you may understand better the difference between the average office desk chair and the executive chair in the office. The comfort of the average desk chair in the office can be minimal at best and this can make the productivity of the person in the chair minimal as well. If the office chairs that are at the desks are more comfortable it can also be easier for the person sitting in the chair to be more comfortable at work.
If the working areas at the office are treated as a platform for success they should be comfortable and organized so the employees working for the company are also comfortable and organized at work. The productivity of the employees can be changed with an improved work space in the office.
