1.Do you eat breakfast?

Protein is another extremely important factor in helping constant hunger. A large percentage of our bodies are made of protein. As an example, our hair needs protein to grow and stay strong, our teeth, our fingernails, it helps build and repair lean muscle, it forms blood cells and helps make antibodies to fight illness and infection.

So as you can see it is very important, it will also help to keep you feeling full. Protein shakes and protein bars are a great way to incorporate protein into your daily diet, as well as foods that are high in protein such as: chicken breast, turkey breast, cow's milk, eggs, fish, peanuts, soy milk, green peas, amongst many other foods.

3.Do you drink enough water?


Same as the breakfast thing, you hear people say drink 8 cups of water per day. That is another thing our bodies need when it comes to hunger. Our bodies are made up of 60% water, so as we sweat, use the washroom, etc. Throughout the day we are releasing this water and it needs to be replaced. Our stomachs also feel hungry if we don't have enough water in our system, which leads to hunger pains in the pit of our stomachs as well as dehydration. So be sure to drink at least 8 cups a day or more if at all possible. Return to your body what you take from it.

By incorporating a Healthy protein filled Breakfast, and making sure to get your daily water intake, you will start to notice the Constant Hunger pains going away. If you cant do protein for breakfast try to throw in a protein snack in between your meals. You will be glad you did this and will start to feel better.
