Do You Go Into Hiding To Smoke Tobacco Cigarettes

It has become so socially unacceptable to smoke cigarettes anymore than a lot of those that still do it do their best to hide it from others

. You might call them closet smokers when they are too embarrassed to smoke in front of other people. Embarrassment is not the only reason they hide it though. Sometimes the guilt trips that friends and loved ones can put on you can be enough t make you hide to smoke. There is nothing worse than being addicted to a substance and know it yourself, but no be able to do much about it. Of course, you can do something about it if you choose to.

No one that has ever smoked cigarettes before would lie to you and tell you that it is a simple thing to give them up. Many former smokers tried many times to stop before they ever got it right. Many of them tried a lot of different approaches to quitting smoking before they found any one method that would work for them. A lot of people that want to give up smoking tobacco have turned to an electronic cigarette for help. It is not designed or marketed as a stop smoking aid or device, but it is an alternative to smoking tobacco.

The electronic cigarette might not be the absolute perfect solution, but those that use it will likely tell you that is a great deal better than continuing to smoke tobacco. The e cigarette does not contain any tobacco, however, you do still get the nicotine. You do not get the toxic smoke of tobacco filled with many deadly chemicals or tar, but what you do get is a vapor that has nicotine in it. The people that use the e cigarette realize that they are still addicted to the nicotine, but they are getting it without nearly as many of the bad aspects of smoking tobacco.

With the electric cigarette, you still get to feel like you are smoking, but without the real smoke. They still get the satisfaction they crave from the nicotine and that smoke feeling. They get to engage in a mock smoking act that is much the same as using a tobacco cigarette without a lot of the worry associated with it. Your family members might be a little more excepting of your using an electric cigarette as opposed to tobacco. There is no odor associated with the c cigarette and no staining tar residue to deal with either.
