So you definitely want to focus and make sure that you are going to be resting for as long a period as you can before you get started on the next set of exercises. So you really do need to focus and make sure that you exercise every other day and rest on those off days. Now the very best workouts for making sure that you are going to get the muscle mass that you need in your biceps are if you are doing 4 sets of barbell curls.


So what you do is you choose a weight that you can choose to do for at least 6 reps, and then you lower the weight and do a good 8 reps of those and then just continue until you are able to reach 10 reps proceeding onto 12 reps. The next workout that you want to focus on getting yourself involved in are preacher curls and you want to make sure that you are going to be doing 4 sets of these exercises, and make sure that you are going to choose the right kind of weight that is going to make it possible for you to do at least 15 reps on and then all you need to do is 15 reps.
