A break up is hard to go through. It is even harder when your ex has decided to ignore you altogether. Many different reasons can lead to a break up but sometimes it is so sudden that you cannot understand the real reasons behind the separation. Some break ups are simply due to unclear circumstances and various unresolved issues. For that particular reason and to be perfectly honest with you, this can lead to your ex hating you and everything that you represent.

Now, what you have to do is act before it is too late. The very first thing to do now is to give your ex some proper breathing space. Allow yourself some too but bear in mind that some time alone is very beneficial and helps you look at the roots of the problems within the relationship.

Do not harass your ex. Avoid text messaging, calling or emailing every five minutes. This is likely to damage the relationship further and prevent you from getting back together. Be humble with your ex and say sorry. Your ex is probably expecting a gesture and it is not a bunch of flower but a proper meaningful apology. You will notice that after a while, your ex will become calmer and less vindictive towards your person. This is a good sign. Stay away from any unsettled argument that you may want to start.

Be flexible and do not forget that your goal is to get your ex back as soon as possible. Look at yourself and make the necessary changes. Maybe you want to change some part of your personality. You could even want to change on a physical level for instance? Personal improvement and enlightenment is a great resolution that you should consider. Stay away from those who claim that you could get your ex back through jealousy. This is a lie and it can be hurtful. Be true to yourself and honest with your ex.

Ultimately, these efforts will pay off and before you know it you will realize that your ex still loves you.
