Many people have the habit of pushing their body to get that perfect shape within a short period of time. This can lead to serious injuries, especially if you work too much on a single day. While doing exercises you may feel tired but if you do too much of workout your body will pain which can lead to injury.
Never miss warm ups:
A boot camp workout session always starts with warm up exercises. But if you avoid warm ups it is possible that you will injure yourself.
Never wear tight clothes:
In a boot camp workout session, never wear tight clothes. Wear loose clothes which will help in breathing while working out and also wear supportive shoes.
