As a skeptic and an athiest, although i must admit that lately i'm leaning more towards being agnostic, iv'e always tried to find ways to dismiss God completley. things like evolution,quantum physics and all manors of science had brought me to to the conclusion that god was, in short, a myth, a tale of folklore and chinease whispers to 'frighten' people with,into doing what it clains to be good. then there were the questions 'if there was a God, why would he create such mysery and suffering. now, since then, and after an unbelievable amount of research the truth about certain things i really did believe in have came to be nothing but guess work and theory. evolution as mentioned earlier is no more a fact, and there is not a single shred of evidence to prove it ever happened. a few variations on science, namely the 'big bang' (which in my opinion never happend, and yet again there is no proof.) how can you get something out of nothing, its impossible. there couldn't have been an explosion or even a bang, if there was nothing to explode/bang in the first place. i find it slightly disturbing that people could actually believe that something came from nothing, if there was nothing there to start with. what a lot of people don't get, is the fact that everything known about the start of the universe is all theory. then theres another little gem i had taken a liking to when i was younger, that the Bible was a ufo story. All very interesting, and if we were put here by aliens (and the whole, they came down from the sky, the bright star etc) was true, it would still mean nothing at all as to who God is. it might appear to let us know how we came to be on this planet in the first place, but not how the universe was created, or who/how it was created. how would they have came into existance. everything iv'e researched, and i could carry on with thousands of theories, all seem to take you furthur and furthur back/into different senarios. for example,how the earth began?how other planets began, how the universe came into creation?what created the universe, certainly not the big bang in my personal opinion.but one thing remains, someone or something had to have created this earth, and not just this earth, the universe,the galaxies and everything in it, because as i said earlier, something cannot appear from nothing.
