Both partners endeavor to provide the best possible care for the child and share other household responsibilities. A bond between two individuals becomes stronger not just by sharing good times together but by also being supportive in times of adversity.

Never mind how much support a family receives from friends and other outside resources. When a family member is down, this becomes a special bonding time with everyone chipping in to do their best for the sibling, partner or offspring. This is the time when the parents rise above their petty differences and work towards bringing a change for the better in their children's lives.
