Advertisements for male enhancement/enlargement products are everywhere and apparently selling very well, but does size really matter to us? Let's take a look at the science side of it before we delve into personal opinions.
According to countless studies, the average non-erect penis is 3.75 inches in length, the average erect penis measures between 5 and 6 inches, and the average girth is between 4.5 and 5.5 inches. Interestingly, the length of the average vagina when a woman is not sexually aroused is only between 3 to 4 inches, but lengthens as the amount of arousal increases. The vagina has an amazing ability to stretch and mold to what is inserted which means that just about any man's penis has the ability to fill the vagina entirely. Length may not be as important as width when you consider the fact that the majority of nerve endings in the vagina that contribute to a woman's pleasure during intercourse are closest to the opening and that most women achieve orgasm through direct or indirect stimulation of the clitoris.

I spoke to several women before writing this and none of them knew the exact size of their partner, but all agreed that they were happy with what their partner was packing. More importantly, they all agreed that a big penis does not equal sexual satisfaction, which leads me to believe that penis size is more important to men than it is to us.
Several studies and surveys support my thoughts. One survey of 50,000 heterosexual men and women revealed that 63 percent of the men surveyed thought they were too small, even though they all fell into the "normal" range for penis size. This same study found that 85 percent of women were happy with their partner's size. I think we as women are more concerned with how attentive our lovers are to what turns us on than the size of the instrument that's putting in the work. At the end of the day, I think the size of the orgasm is much more important than the size of the penis. Can I get a witness?
