Dog Behavior Solutions- Is There A Real Solution To Avoid Dog Training Problems? My Personal Case Study

Do you have a dog that has behavior problems? Do they have issues with chewing on

things or making a mess on your carpet? This can be very frustrating to deal with and at times aggravating when you step in your dogs unfortionate mess. Many of us have to deal with this problem. It is also very embarrassing when you have company over and your dog barks at your guests or even tries biting at their pant legs.

I have a little yorkie that I have had for a few years and we raised from from a puppy. He is a great pet and a loving animal but he has always had issues with going pee on our carpet when we were not looking. For quite some time he was strictly an outside animal. We would only let him in when bad weather was present. After some time I decided it was best for him to be an inside dog.

We attempted to use the dog training pads and the scented simulated dog lawns for him to pee on. It seemed like nothing would really work and he would still prefer the carpet instead. We even purchased this spray attractant that would encourage the dog to urinate were the smell the scent. And we were still disappointed.

As a last effort I looked into a Dog Behavior Guide to see if we were missing any steps to get him trained. After going through a few pages I realized that I missed a few steps that could have made a big difference in getting him trained sooner. I applied just a few methods at a time so he would not get overwhelmed with all this new stuff.

After a week or two he started to really catch on and would then politely bark at the door when he needed to be let out. He was also taught to do this with everyone in the family and not just me so he does not have any accidents. He has also stopped being rude to guests and does not try and attack them anymore. Its been a solid month and the Dog Behavior Guide sure did the trick.
