Play this game like hot potato but with a favorite baby doll. Gather the girls into a circle and hand one girl the baby doll. Turn on some music and have the girls carefully pass the baby around the circle. You are automatically out of the game if your drop the baby while you are passing her. Stop the music. Whoever is holding the baby is out of the game. The player who had the baby gives it to another player and the music begins again. The final player sitting wins the game and receives a prize.

Dress the Doll Relay Race

Undress your American Girl doll and select another outfit for her and get her dressed. You can also play this game with a regular doll or a Barbie. Divide the group into teams of two. Place the dolls on one side of the room and a basket of American Girl (or Barbie or baby doll) doll clothing in the middle of the room.

The first girl races to the other side of the room and undresses the doll, leaves the doll, then races back and tags her team member. The next girl races to the basket of clothing, selects an outfit for the doll then runs back to her team member and gives her the outfit. The waiting teammate grabs the outfit and races over to the doll and dresses her. The first girl to make it back to her waiting teammate with a fully dressed doll wins the game.

Which Doll Is Mine?

Find out how well the girls know their own favorite doll with a "guess which doll is mine" game. Ask each girl to bring her favorite baby doll to the party. Place the dolls in a basket and blindfold each girl. Mix the dolls up in the basket and then ask each girl to go find their doll while they are blindfolded. Have extra moms on hand to help guide the girls to the basket and assist the girls with choosing the dolls.
