1) If you're always talking about money with the man of your dreams, then I have two words for you GOLD DIGGER. No man is going to be interested in a woman he perceives is only after what he can give her. He wants a woman to like him for him; not someone who's searching for a sugar daddy.

2) On a date, the topics of conversation should be about you and the guy sitting across from you, and he certainly doesn't want to hear the good or the bad about your exes. If you sit there and call your previous boyfriend a dog, then your date will start to wonder how you will talk about him in the future. On the other hand, praising a past love will convince him you're still in love. Either way, it's a lose, lose situation.

3) Don't ever say your clock is ticking, and you need to settle down right away. He'll begin to see himself as the first single guy you saw in the park. A better way to play off this question is by letting him know that you're not in a rush, you're simply waiting for Mr. Right, and it could be him or it could be someone else. If he's interested in you, then he's going to stick around and show you.

Money, Your exes, and Settling down; mentioning these three things will quickly take the air out of his interest. Avoid them and don't deflate his balloon.
