e) Don't eat FRIED FOODS. Stay away from Salty and Oily foods like potato chips if you love your face and skin than your favourite snack.

f) Don't get DEPRESSED or feel sad if you got Acne. Depression is known to cause more Acne related problems. Instead think of ways to combat acne.

g) Don't leave your acne WITHOUT CARING. Whenever you find symptoms immediately ring up for an appointment with your doctor.

h) Don't waste time by JUST READING acne care tips (at least not this one:)). Instead get into work of actually controlling acne which your doctor has asked you to do.
