Then, leave your ex alone to think about what you have said, and to decide what he/she wants to do as far as seeing you is concerned.

The last step to try and get your ex back is to talk to your ex in a calm and mature way, and treat your ex with respect. Keeping your emotions in check will give you a much better chance to get back together again.
