For any warranty-covered problems with your Nissan, just bring call for an appointment with the service center and we will put a claim in under your warranty. If the claim is accepted, the cost will be covered under warranty. f the claim is denied, you'll have to pay for the cost of repairs or replacements.

Here are some common reasons why your Nissan warranty claim could be denied even when your car is still within the warranty time frame and mileage limitations:

Act of God:if your Nissan has been damaged due to acts of God, like hurricanes, floods, earthquakes or tornadoes, it's possible your warranty will not pay for repairs

You totaled your car if the dealership is unable to repair a car that's been in an accident, chances are your warranty is not going to give you a new car to replace the totaled car.

Misuse: there are several situations which are considered 'misuse' to a Nissan. Towing something too heavy for your car, racing the car or driving it off road are all things which may cause damage to your car and will not be covered under most warranties. These damages and repairs will be denied by your warranty and may cause the rest of your warranty to become void, as well.
