The DOs and the DONTs are constructing the main foundation including the limitations and boundaries that will make you successful with getting your ex back. These things which you need and you need not to practice might sound easy but actually are a little difficult if you lack willingness and determination. In fact, there is a huge percentage of people who failed at getting their ex back. And the most common reasons for their failure are the wrong practices and the wrong attitude they have applied. To develop the good practices and the right attitude needed for winning the love that had once lost, I have provided a list of the vital DOs and DONTs below.Things that should be avoided:
Chasing and Stalking
Most individuals who are trying to get their ex back are sending SMS, phone calls, messages through friends, emails and other methods to inform their ex about getting back with each other. People who are doing these things are actually a form of stalking or chasing. You need to remember that stalking is never an effective strategy to get ex back. Why? Once you stalk or chase, your ex will start to hate you or fear you.
Discouraged and Distressed
Once you let yourself get into frustration and depression, you can no longer think of better ways to get your ex back. You cannot focus not only in that matter but as well as in your work. You may lose your job and you can no longer win back your ex.
Being Lonely
It's understandable that you get sad and frustrated after breaking up with your girlfriend or boyfriend but it's never understandable to treat it as the end of your life. Acting like you can no longer smile and you can no longer go out and have fun is such a suffering that you have given to yourself. If you continue being so lonely and not try to move on with life, you are simply killing yourself. Continue living life the nice and happy way. Move on and just think of this as one of life's challenges that you need to face.

Improve Self-Esteem
After breaking up, you should not treat yourself as useless that you will just lock yourself inside the room and feel hopeless. This is one of the most common mistakes of people after being left by their boyfriends or girlfriends. You should move on with your life and try to value yourself even more. There are certain ways which can help you with that. You can do a make-over for yourself by going to the gym or by hanging out with friends. There will be a bigger chance that your ex will somehow notice you for the second time. And this could surely be a good beginning at making good friends with your ex until you both will get back to each other.
Keep in Touch
Don't lose contact with your ex. Keep in touch although it hurts. By staying friends you can be comfortable with each other until you both find time to talk about the past. This will be a good timing to remind your ex about the good times you have experienced together. And wait until he or she will be the one to open up the topic of getting back. But once you can feel that she or he wants to get back to being together, that's the time that you can begin to open up about getting her or him back. Always remember that to get your ex back, patience and determination are always necessary.
