The Science of Plastic surgery has been blooming since its beginning

. Primarily because it gives the notion that a person could regain his or her youth. In earlier times, if you were born with a crooked nose by any chance, there were almost no surgical procedures to reconstruct that nose. But with the help of modern technologies and plastic surgery (or cosmetic surgery) today, one could easily give shape to his or her nose. But since this science is very delicate and could turn horribly wrong if not done by expert (because maintaining proportions in reconstruction is quite a difficult task), these surgeries should always be done by experts.

And when it comes to cosmetic surgery/plastic surgery, perhaps Dr. Loren Borud is among the most renowned in this field. He has more than 20 years of experience in this consent field and is primarily famous among his patients for his carefulness, precision in surgery, and comfort. His immense knowledge in his field has even prompted him to write the renowned book: Plastikonomics. In this book, he shares his 20 years of experience as a plastic surgeon and gives vivid details about the dimensions of plastic surgery. He also describes the economics behind plastic surgery in this book.

Dr. Loren Borud has many degrees when it comes to educational qualification. He was born and brought up in Minot located in North Dakota. He completed his high school graduation from the Minot High School. After completing his high school graduation, he decided to study human biology and took up a double majoring program in human biological science and physics from the Stanford University and had received his B.S from it with Honors (Phi Beta Kappa).

He then went to continue further education in Medical School Harvard where he had gone rigorous training as well and after graduating from there, Dr. Loren Borud practiced general surgery in UCLA. In UCLA, he worked at UCLA medical centre, the Martin Luther King Drew Medical Centre, West LA VA hospital and the Olive View Medical Centre.

But this is not the end of his academic career. He is on his way to secure his MBA degree from North Western Universitys Kellogg school of Management and also specializes in micro economics. He also founded the Harvard Lymphedema Clinic in the year 2004. He performs his favorite activities such as cycling and running for relaxing.
