Before we even get started just let me say it is ok to talk about poop. In fact it is important and healthy.

Are you constipated? Go too much? Are you sensitive to foods? Going too much or not enough are common signs of digestive problems.

Are you a little nervous to go to restaurants because you arent sure if the food is going to upset your system?

Our digestion is vitally important to our health. We need every single organ in our digestive system to work well so that we can get all of the nutrients from the food we eat. If our digestive system is not working well, we can feel bloated, gassy, have constipation and diarrhea, all things that say hey, you have a digestive problem!

In the video here I am going to take you on a tour of our digestion and I am going to show you the major causes of many of our digestive problems. And, I am going to show you what can be done to help fix those problems.

I will share with you the 4 pieces that go into healing our digestion. Something that is very important is that all 4 pieces must be addressed at the same time. So many products and advice miss one or two of the 4 pieces and because something is missing, we dont get better. It is like trying to bake a cake without flour, it wont work and no matter how hard you try, you wont get a cake!

I see it all the time. People come to me for help with their digestion and they tell me they have been taking this supplement and that supplement. They are eating better and they STILL have problems with their digestion.
