In order to achieve a fit body, junk food should be completely driven out of your life. A fit body can't coexist with refined food and soft drinks. Doesn't matter how many additives or pills you consume but at the end of the day, you will have an unhealthy body, if junk food is still a part of your diet.
Another thing that can be an assurance to a healthy lifestyle is physical exercise. Though it takes time to give substantial results, it will keep you fit from inside out. Exercise gives you higher metabolism that helps to burn excessive calories. If you include exercises such as biking, jogging, swimming, etc. to be an addition to your routine then you can even escape with having a couple of processed foods.
If you are bothered by being overweight then the answer lies you should give a closer view of your own living standard. After doing an examination of your lifestyle, you should be able to gather sufficient strength to bring changes in your routine without the need of any shortcuts.
