The Droid Is taking the world by storm, and seems to be the only competitor against the I Phone

. It has even been rumored that Sony is thinking about using the Droids processor for their new Hand held PSP. Its beautiful and has a dark romance about it.

The machine becomes you, the machine is you. Become the droid, be the droid. You can't do better then the Droid. But In the end, its just a phone right?

Its just the internet in your hands right?

Its the ultimate texting machine.

Its the ultimate comunication device.

Even the inventor of the cell phone enjoys the phone.

The smart phone in general is taking everything we know about phones to a level that is unreal.But the question is, what is going to be the next step? What really is going to be a new addition to a cell phone?

It really dosen't do much other then get you to the net, play music, call, text, and do other applications. Nothing thats really knew to the cell phone world, even apples I Phone is nothing new to the cell phone world. Well other then the fact that you can create applications with your apple computer. But all in all, theirs other phones out their that do these things for half the cost of a droid, and even more cost effective then the I phone. The only diffrence is the amount of time it takes to process these applications.

The only true diffrence is the processing power. An everyone loves that. But its just the same phone with better hardware. In the end we just keep reproduceing the same things but at a better rate, and a better look. In the end its the same thing as yesturday. Its the same thing as 2 years ago, its the same things that the Razor could do when it first made its great apperence.

What is going the be the next true leap in cell phone tech? Usually if theirs a genious out their working on it, we won't know until he exposes his great idea. Hopefully its an individual and not just another coprate funded idea. Hopefully its someone who makes a statement to the world and not just someone who's all ready got a thick pocket.
