Alternative development should be encouraged in the country . this has been able to succeed in latin America. Among the rural settlers it would bwe wise to give them what they can do instead of drug abuse. The government should consider boththe direct and indirect tcost of drug abuse after which it can weigh which pone would be better keeping on leaving people unemployed or employing them and cutting down the cost. In addition it is wise that the government look into the issues critically and then increase its priority when it comes to dealing with social problems.
