They rely merely on charitable contributions and government grants and sometimes experience limited funds. They promote wellness by focusing on a particular substance abuse problem which is rampant on a specific area.

State or federal agencies provide financial aid for the rehabilitation and hospital stay of the patients and also substance abuse meetings and medical evaluation. For the local agencies with limited funds, services are basically confined to providing health teachings about drug abuse and addiction through brochures and lectures. While the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration have worked together to minimize the drug-trafficking in the country.
