Ducati Diavel Ultimate Sports Bike To Launch In India By April 2011

, Ducati at last has launched their new super bike, Ducati Diavel. You will find a combination of street fighter, motor sport and motor adventure in this bike. This bike is now available in India at a price of Rs. 2700000.

Ducati Diavel is equipped with 1198.4 cc L-Twin cylinder engine. Per cylinder engine has four valves. Liquid is provided to cool the engine. It is said that the

engine is able to power up to 162 HP with 9500 rpm and it has a torque of 128 Nm with 8000 rpm. The compression ratio of the bike is 11.5:1. The power of engine

is transmitted through 6 levels of acceleration. The Ducati Traction Control (DTC) ensures the safety and comfort as well. The bike has a Bore of 106.0 mm and a

Stroke of 67.9 mm. The fuel is loaded with Mistubishi fuel injection system. For its six speed gear box, the bike can rock the road with its speed. The Ducati Diavel provides a Lightweight 2-1-2 exhaust system.

The Ducati Diavel has got a nice shape and look. The chassis is made of tubular steel trellis. The LCD display at the front displays the rpm, oil pressure, fuel reserve, battery voltage. It has a wet sump lubrication system and transverse type engine mounting. The fuel tank can contain up to 17 liters of fuel. The height of seat from ground is 770 mm and the wheelbase is 1590 mm. The dimensions of front tyre are 120/70-ZR17 and the dimensions of rear tyre are 240/45-ZR17. The diameter of front brakes is: 320 mm and rear brakes are 265 mm. The dry weight of this bike is 210.0 kg. The power/weight ratio of the bike is 0.7599 HP/kg. The bike is available in several colors such as Pearl White Silk, Red/black, and Metallic Black. The Ducati Company is giving 2 years of warranty for this bike.
