St. Louis - St. Louis based Duke Manufacturing Co. announced the asset acquisition of SteelKor, LLC and its wholly owned subsidiary, St. Louis Stainless Services, Incorporated. "SteelKor's products provide Duke an outstanding opportunity to expand its core product offerings into the emerging market of food safety, while leveraging the integrated solutions and advanced engineering that has made Duke the most trusted solutions partner in the foodservice industry" says Jack Hake, CEO of Duke Manufacturing.
