One of the recommended solutions is consolidating GL monthly transactions in historical years integrating them and posting one by one or in the batch

6.Exporting records from legacy accounting. There are several methods or technologies to consider. The simplest one is ODBC or SQL connection to legacy database. This method requires some computer literacy on the advanced level and plus legacy application table structure familiarity. Second method is printing legacy accounting reports into text files and then cleansing their rows in SQL custom table and view
