5 years ago from now, kindle was launched by Amazon on this day.Kindle means "to ignite fire" and it really ignites fire in the life of books lovers.

And after so many years, i can say that--

"Life without a Kindle is like life without a library nearby"

Till, now amazon has launched number of kindles in the market including, kindle 5, kindle paperwhite, kindle touch , kindle fire, kindle graphite and lots more.Technology has no end, the more we research, the more we invent.But the issue is - only the one which ease our lives is popular and in demand today.

Kindle 5 vs. Kindle Paperwhite

From,last year there is a rivalry between kindle paperwhite and kindle 5.By, this rivalry i mean the competition between their sales.but according to amazon, reviews of both are good.

Kindle 5:

Amazon Kindle 5 has a 6"ink pearl display with 16-level gray scale and even optimized font technology which enables users to read interactively and smoothly.When this optimized font technology is combined with kindle 5 faster page turns it unveils advanced technology for ebook readers.Kindle 5 is 167 ppi and quite light in weight merely 5.98 ounces i.e around 170 grams.

For on-device storage, it has 2 GB of internal memory and out of which 1.25 GB is available for user content.In this large amount of memory any user can holds upto 1400 books.Most distincting feature of kindle 5 is that it supports cloud storage for all amazon content.

It supports public and private network connectivity via Wi-Fi networks or number of hotspots that uses the 802.11b, 802.11g, or 802.11n standard with support for WEP, WPA and WPA2 security using password authentication or Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)

On 1st of October 2012 Amazon announced, kindle Paperwhite as one of the version of 5th Generation Kindle.This small but better kindle than previous versions is of 6.7" x 4.6" x 0.36" in size and weighs merely 7.8 ounces i.e 228 grams only.

Just like kindle 5, it has 2 GB memory with 1.25 available for user content.Users are quite worried about battery life and it is annoying if it discharges in few days that's why this time Amazon take into account this and a single charge of Kindle 5 can lasts upto a month with half hour of daily reading time.It can be fully charged in 4 hours from a computer via USB cable.
