Change is in the air for Gwendolyn Carri, Christian Louboutin Shoes , the London-based designer known for her shapely Christian lubotuin shoes crafted out of fish skin. Next month, Carri (at right) plans to open her first store on London's Ellis Street, around the corner from Sloane Square.
