For the arms and shoulders the bent row is a great beginners exercise, simply take the kettlebell in your right hand and bend forward very slightly, also ensure that there is a bend in your knees. Pull the kettlebell towards your stomach and return to the starting position. During the exercise you should ensure that you abdomen is tight and our elbows are close to your body.
The kettlebell swing is yet another simple but rewarding exercise in which you start with your feet just wider than shoulder with apart, take the kettebell with both hands, keep your arms straight and hold the kettlebell in front of you at shoulder level. Push your hips back and lower the kettlebell between your legs. Next push your hips forward and swing the kettlebell back to the starting position. A simple exercise that does wonders for your glutes legs and back.
