Food is the most essential part in our daily life for our survival

Food can be mainly from two sources Plant and Animals. People consuming plant source are termed as Vegetarians and from animal source as Non- vegetarians. Indian food varies from state to state according to their culture. Even the oil used for the cooking differs from place to place. People in Kerala prefer using coconut oil where as Bengalis use mustard oil, while other part of use groundnut oil for their preparation.
In this era many people are adopting to be vegetarians due to many reasons. Healthy vegetarian foods meet all the nutritional needs needed for the body. It also prevents from many dreadful diseases like cardiovascular diseases hypertension, increase or decrease cholesterol, cancers colon, prostrate, breast etc., A well known proverb says ahealthy vegetarian foods means spending less on health care.
