The best drinks to drink for white teeth include herbal tea and water. Some studies believe that both sugars and starches can increase the rate at which your teeth decay.

The natural bacteria in your mouth are designed to fight off the bad kinds of bacteria and plaque. However, when you eat sugary things, the bacteria convert the sugar to acid which have a negative impact on your teeth.


Chewy and sticky candies are the worst for your teeth because they are hard to remove easily and are provided with the opportunity to do increased damage to your teeth. It is best if you can space out meals and snacks to have three hours in between them.

This will allow time for your teeth to help heal themselves and clean themselves off. In addition to all of the previous things mentioned, you should make sure that your toothbrush is in good condition.
