The Oatmeal Bath as an Eczema Remedy For adults you will need four cups and for children you would need half that amount. The oats must be raw and ground into a powder using a blender or grinder. While running the warm water add the powder to the bath.

For the treatment to work you will need to soak in this oatmeal bath for about fifteen minutes and when you are done a simple lukewarm rinse is all that is needed. To keep the oatmeal on the skin you should rather pat yourself dry with the towel rather than rubbing vigorously.
