Consumers can reply all the questions online when and where they are comfortable. It will be more interesting than filling in the paper form. Marketers are able to get the realest reaction through their comments and conversations on their forums. Not even mention of the enormous memories of a hard disk which can store up to thousand million of clients file. Marketers can easily find out full information of a customer who has been through 5 years of contact interruption. While wasting few hundred thousand on monthly phone bill, a company can simply contact their consumers by sending emails. A company shows their appreciation by sending customers digital cards or flowers on special occasions, such as Christmas, New Year, Valentines and Thanksgiving. It helps a business to save a lot in their annual budget.

We cannot deny internet marketing has tightened up the long term relationship between customers, distributors and suppliers.
