Marketers can easily find out full information of a customer who has been through 5 years of contact interruption. While wasting few hundred thousand on monthly phone bill, a company can simply contact their consumers by sending emails. A company shows their appreciation by sending customers digital cards or flowers on special occasions, such as Christmas, New Year, Valentines and Thanksgiving. It helps a business to save a lot in their annual budget.
We cannot deny internet marketing has tightened up the long term relationship between customers, distributors and suppliers.
