Pitta dosha types suffer from hot flashes, nightly sweats, heavy periods, excessive bleeding. It is advised to take foods like melons and cucumbers, avoid spicy food, alcohol, and drink a lot of water and fruit juices. Do regular meditation and sleep early.
Kapha dosha type symptoms are excessive weight, sluggishness, lethargy, fluid retention, depression and lack of confidence. They should consume warm foods, whole grains, vegetables and legumes and avoid meat, cheese, sugar and cold drinks.
