It must be resizable, meaning, it should look the same and have the same impact whether you enlarge it and place it on a tarpaulin or make it small and put it on a letterhead. During the worst situations, an effective logo should still be effective even without the colors. Make sure it does that, too. It must be unique, original, fresh, and a cut above the rest--just like you and your business.
