Personal time management is an essential life skill that only allows people to get things done but gets them done at the right time

Overcome procrastination. If you find yourself setting aside some important tasks over and over, then you're procrastinating. According to psychologist Prof. Clarry Lay, procrastination occurs when there is a temporal gap between intended behavior and enacted behavior. Stop right away when you identify doing it! You need to back off and take necessary steps to overcome the block.

Be flexible. Downtime should be a part of your effective time management plan of action. Don't make the mistake of trying to make your schedule to the extreme that too much structure can lead to a recipe for disaster. Downtime allow your body and mind relax and take a little rest.

Time management is a life-long skill that can enhance lifestyle and bring to a successful conclusion. The key to boost up one's time management skills is to act on the right decisions and finish what needs to be done first.
